# To conduct training programs/ workshops in Colleges in areas like Leadership, Communication skill, Team Building, Motivation, Goal setting, behavior and soft skills etc.
# Should be able to train using activities, role-plays, case studies etc.
# To prepare content.
# To conduct Assessments and Evaluations, Feedback Analysis and report generation.
Required Skills :
# Should have excellent Communication and presentation skills
# Candidates must be willing to travel extensively across India
Interview Process :
# Language Test (Written Test)
# Demo on Any Chosen Topic (without using PPTs)
# Managerial Round
# HR Round
