Responsibilities/Authorities: 

  • Generating reports and exporting data into MS Excel
  • Determining target customer list
  • Create, launch, and send survey
  • Extract results and update Excel file
  • Compile and provide final results
  • Provide final action and closure
  • Pull report and synchronize daily work log and filter action-able items
  • Contacting customers by phone
  • Contacting customers by email
  • Identify process improvements
  • Must be proactive and must initiate steps to strengthen process procedures
  • Drive issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Provide timely status and feedback to the management
  • To ensure that daily targets are met, and quality is maintained as per SLA / operations metrics
  • Process as per Desk top procedure guide and timely escalation of issues to the Supervisor 
  • Active participation in team meetings & coordination with team lead / team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
