Job Description :
- Dispatch Swiss Billing invoices to each of the franchisees
- Ensure accuracy of invoices
- Setup the process to ensure proper audits and checks are in place to avoid credit of invoices
- Liaison with franchisees proactively to ensure dispute resolution & timely payments
- Ensure compliance to company policy
- Dispatch invoices
- Dispatch project billing
- Understand tickets to ensure accurate billing
