Qualifications
Automation / Tech Skills
- · Basic to Intermediate Skill level in technologies like Java, automation test tools – Selenium, Cucumber.
- · SQL.
Soft Skills & Processes
- · Pro-activeness: In addition to just raising issues, should try to find root cause by analyzing data / logs, triage with stakeholders, and perform additional tests (if needed) to provide information to AD that would help in troubleshooting the issue.
- · Strong time management skills; efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
- · Available to support (rotation based) on weekends for production release events.
- · Reporting to all stakeholders on QA status and progress.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated tester for the QA Team. Successful candidate should have a good knowledge of Agile and QA processes, SQL skills required to be able to perform data validations. Excellent communication skills will be vital as the successful candidate will be required to assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems. The successful candidate should have in-depth experience of testing in Agile Sprint based Scrum teams. This is a demanding and hands-on role and the ideal candidate will be expected to work with subject matter experts, BSAs and technical developers to define test approach for release deliverables.
