Job Description :
Role- L2 Engineer Key Responsibilities: · Should have SDH or IPMPLS or Lease Line or NMS or last mile Customer premises or media experience· Should have troubleshooting skills to isolate problems or faults quickly and take end to end responsibility for resolution. · Providing L2 support and coordination with SDH or IP or MPLS or Modem or Third party vendors for cases where the equipment is found faulty. · Testing or coordinating with technical partner to check media via a tester or laptop· Ensure to escalate to concerned teams for the immediate restoration and ERT for customer communication. · Communicate and bridge gaps between customers and factory and try to resolve the issue within SLA. · Once issue is resolved share the "Reason for Outage “with the customer within stipulated SLA.
