Criteria : B.E,B.Tech
Knowledge and Skills:
- Should have decent communications skills,
- Minimum 8 Months of experience in Trouble shooting, Phone Support, Chat Support, Email Support & AdWords or digital marketing.
- Should have minimum knowledge into CSAT, AHT.
- 1+ to 4rys of Work experience,
- B.E / B.TEch any education stream
- Involved in providing technical support to customer.
- Should have work experience into International Voice support/Non voice support.(Mandatory)
- Responsible for troubleshoot queries via email/chat/phone
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shift.
- Good Communication Skills.
