With the objective of delivering superior customer satisfaction and Service Level achievement to customers and key accounts, this role involves working at an operational level with Management, key staff ,and Acer partners based in Australia and offshore.

High-level communication skills both verbal and written
- High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Visio
- Willing to learn and take on challenges
- Be able to communicate and engage with various levels of management
- Have issues management skills and the ability to coordinate resources
- Task-focused, with high attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ideally 3-5 years' experience in similar environment/role
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible working style dealing with ongoing changes within our dynamic and fast moving business
- Works efficiently and effectively without supervision and within a team environment
- Demonstrates the ability to make timely and effective decisions and knows when to escalate
- Understanding the basic make up of a computer or previous experience in the IT industry preferred but not required
