Job Description :

  • Responsible for front line & Lateral, Support & Leadership hiring.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers & Leadership Team on hiring plans and conduct joint interviews to expedite the process.
  • Prepare and take approval for Salary Structure and Issuance of Offer letter of the selected candidates. 
  • Documents to be collected and appointment letter to be issued.
  • Induction to be given on the joining of the employee.
  • Prepare letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
