Criteria : B.E,B.Tech,MCA,M.E,M.Tech
- All engineering graduates
- MCSE Certification in Windows 2000, 2003 is desired
- Typically 0-2 Years of overall experience required
- Strong fundamentals in core Computer Science
- Understanding of Windows Servers
Skills & Knowledge
- Scripting knowledge of VBScript etc. is desired
- Able to write macros in VB
- Able to write SQL queries
- Knowledge of Active Directory 2003
Job Description :
- To troubleshoot the problems of desktops and laptops.
- To provide technical support via telephone, email or chat.
- To assist in installation, operation, configuration etc.
- To resolve hardware problems.
- To troubleshoot oracle database problem.
- To document all the support solutions provided.
