- SharePoint enterprise Search 2010/2013 topology
- User profile Service application configuration and end user issues
- Managed Metadata Service application and good experience on content type.
- PowerShell Script experience should be there based on client requirements they have to build. – at least basic experience should have
- Troubleshooting farm level issues in depth
- Knowledge on IIS/AD/Windows
- Third party tools for migration (Metalogix/ControlPoint/ShareGate)-this one is added advantage
- Performance issues in MOSS/SharePoint 2010/2013
