Designation : Associate Enterprise App Admin
Criteria : B.E,B.Tech
(CS/IT/IS) from 2016 batch with 60% marks in their highest education.
General Summary:
Responsible for technical administration of multiple enterprise application suites, such as ERP and CRM. Performs design, support, monitoring and system tuning activities across the entire application stack, including end-user UI, web and application servers, and databases. Implement and test disaster recovery procedures and solutions. Administer and implement strict security integrity controls.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports application builds and refreshes.
- Assists with install, upgrades, patch and maintaining application environments.
- Assist with design, and support system tuning activities of limited scope and complexity with Manager Oversight.
- Support event management by assisting on alerts and notifications.
- Participates as a team member on new initiatives and projects
- Ability to work in a team environment, Takes initiative, Problem solving skills, Attention to accuracy, Detail oriented, Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments
