Job Description :
- Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Around 0 to 2 years of experience working in customer support, preferable banking application Process understanding: SDLC and Agile Scrum. Should be able to independently understand the requirement and work on creating presentations, Metrics. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills are required. Ability to multi-task and be flexible with priorities
- Advance working with Microsoft Office products required.
