Job Description :
Implement Systems / Process to ensure compliance to international trade licensing and related compliance with US and Indias export/import control laws and regulations.
Support in regulatory interpretation and guidance in the following areas: Restrictive Trade Practices, Export Jurisdiction and Classification of hardware, technical data, technology and/or services, Export Licensing, Re-export Authority, Trade Licensing and Compliance Training, Export/Import Documentation, Import Licensing, Import Customs Clearance/Entry, Customs Valuation/duty, Import Tariff Classification, duty deferral/carnets, Offset and Industrial Participation, anti-corruption compliance/FCPA/UK Bribery Act, Denied Party Screening, Maintain Company Export/Import Control Procedures, Manage Export/Import Records.
Prepare Export/Import License applications and follow thru approval process. Interface with Local and SBU International Trade Management and/or Corporate ITC to support Indian and U.S. licenses and agreements.
Assist the Site ITC Lead in conducting self-assessment audits to assess the export/import compliance posture of operation and supporting operating entities.
