Generates and maintains all process related MIS data. Manages adhoc reporting requests & manages reporting for the team | Identify and track the unmeasured areas keeping and maintaining quality standards as per the defined quality norms. | Innovation and (1.) Bringing new ideas and Process Improvement (2.) Improving skill level through Self development / nominating training programs
Skill reverification Tests (3.) Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results. (4.) Meet the defined Quality Scores as defined by the process. (5.) To consistently meet or exceed CSAT parameters as defined for the process.
