Job Duties:-

Conducting technical analysis of customer requirements and specifications and initiating their incorporation in case of new requirements based on management inputs and approval.
Gathering data for and conducting research in various identified areas and preparing detailed Research Reports for consumption of all concerned in the organization.
Investigating and identifying issues in existing products and researching and identifying possible solutions and testing the same for resolving such issues.
Adhering to efficient design principles for all design activities initiated.
Preparing technical and design documents for all product development areas and any other technical research that is being conducted and based on customer requirements and deliveries.
Providing design, and other technical support requirements for production team on their production related activities.
Conducting periodic tests on the product performance on the software programs based on customer feedback and identifying gaps in the same and creating a requirements document for such software up-gradation
