- Key member of implementation project teams
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Interact with client business and technical teams in person/remotely.
- Provide ServiceNow platform/technical expertise to implementation and solution teams
- ServiceNow Configuration and customization (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)
- Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
