Job description:
- This position is open because our client has a SFDC tool which is being replaced, so they require manpower to monitor the tasks, check with the other team members and ensure the tickets are resolved and SLA's are met on time.
- This position ensures to maintain the SLA's to close correctly by monitoring the tasks.
- Work as act as the mediators between the customer and the technical teams by monitoring the basic cases and following up to ensure the customers tasks are completed on time.
- Opportunity to interact with the internal L1 storage and server engineers and if required they will interact with external customers.
- Will be able to build up a career if he is ready to learn any hardware technology or else he will just remain in the same role
