Good Communication Skills
Must have experience with:-
Nagios configuration, management and plugin development
Documenting requirements (creating requirements for HW, OS tuning, application, network, firewall, backup, etc)
Interacting with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server)
Apache/IIS configuration
ASPX/.net, Java, C#/C , PHP, Perl application management
Coordinating activities of peer groups for completion of project deliverables.
