Criteria :
- Experience or a degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
- Engineering, manufacturing, or commercial background with a high level of product knowledge.
Skills :
- Good level of understanding of company policies and procedures related to manufacturing, engineering and/or maintenance are also required.
- Strong technical background.
- Good communications skills.
- Proven ability to work with in a team and autonomously.
Job Description :
- Working directly on application / technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions
- Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components
- Working with vendors on the integration of purchased application(s) and/or infrastructure
- Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid indevelopment and support
