Criteria : B.E,B.Tech,MCA,M.E,M.Tech
Skills :
- Good Communication Skills
- Graduate in Engineering
- Domain/Testing/Technical certification will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in one or more technical areas of Mainframe technology and tools such as COBOL, IMS, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, TWS, File-Aid
- Mainframe Development skills in one or more technology (mentioned above) will be advantage
- Experience in Automation tools (Open Source) and/or REXX be will be advantage
- Domain Knowledge in Retail Banking and testing experience in one or more core banking product platforms/systems such as Accounting and clearing / General Ledger, Payments, Customer, Fraud, Debit Cards, CAMSII or similar systems
- Experience in Agile and DevOps tools( like JIRA, Agile Center) and Traditional test tools (HP QC) or similar test management tools
Decision making and problem solving.
- Understand the scope of project (Business Requirements, Design Documents)
- Identify High Level Scenarios based on Design Documents (High Level and Low Level)
- Define Test Scope (Risk Based Testing techniques, Test De-Duplication, Black Box Testing Techniques etc)
- Define and set-up data as per agreed test scope
