Desired Profile:
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills, ability to approach problems logically
- Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
- MS-Excel, SQL Knowledge/Experience would be an added advantage
- Excellent written and communications skills
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing troubleshoot and resolving issues of the customers
- Coordinating and supporting Project management and technology teams
- Be the first point of escalation for the team and communicating the updates to the customers on the progress of issues/ requests
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Conduct performance testing, analyse and distribute results
Desired Profile:
- Masters/ Post graduate profile preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal as well as written
- Willing to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills to handle customers
- Quick learner and self-directed to manage multiple tasks
