Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPMKVVCL) was incorporated as a wholly owned Government Company on 31st May 2002, under the Companies Act 1956, the same has been notified vide order No. 5555/RS/4/13/2001 dated 1st July, 2002 of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. The Company undertakes the activities of distribution and retail supply in the areas covered by the Commissionaries of Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Gwalior and Chambal. The Company obtained certificate of commencement of business on 16th July 2002 from Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh, Gwalior.Subsequently vide Government of Madhya Pradesh notification No. 3679/FRS/18/13/2002 dated 31.05.2005, the Company has been provided functional autonomy with effect from 01.06.2005. The CIN Number of Company is U40109MP2002SGC015119. The Government of Madhya Pradesh vide its order no. 2671/12/13 dated 29th March, 2012 had transferred all the shares of the Company to M. P. Power Management Company Limited and subsequently our Company is now a subsidiary of M. P. Power Management Company Limited, Jabalpur.

Assistant Engineer (Distribution)-18 Posts
- The candidate should be having regular BE/B.Tech. or AMIE in “Electrical” or “Electrical and Electronics” engineering from a university/institution recognized by University Grant Commission/ AICTE.
- Minimum 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA in aggregate in case of unreserved/ OBC candidates.
- Minimum 55 % marks or 5.5 CGPA in case of SC/ST/PWD categories candidates having MP Domicile.
AE (IT- Network)-3 Posts
- The candidate should be having regular BE/B.TEC/MCA or AMIE in “Computer Science” or “Information Technology” engineering from a university/institution recognized by University Grant Commission/AICTE.
- CCNA/CCNIFVCCIELICNIN JNCISLINCIP, Ipv6 (Gold/ Silver) certification, ITIL.
- Minimum 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA in aggregate in case of unreserved/ OBC candidates of MP Domicile and candidates of all categories not having MP Domicile.
- Minimum 55 % marks or 5.5 CGPA in case of SC/ST/PWD categories candidates having MP Domicile.
Junior Engineer (D)-52 Posts
- Regular Diploma in “Electrical” or “Electrical and Electronics” Engineering from a recognized University/ polytechnic college. Those with higher qualification i.e. graduate degree in “Electrical” or “Electrical and Electronics” Engineering from recognized institute/ University by UGC/ AICTE or AMIE may also apply.
- 65% or 6.5 CGPA minimum in aggregate in case of Unreserved / OBC category candidates.
- 55% or 5.5 CGPA minimum in aggregate for SC/ST category having MP Domicile.
Age limit:-
The age of candidates as on 01.07.2017 for AE (D) and AE (IT-NETWORK) should be.
Minimum age limit: 21 year.
Maximum age limit: 40 years for MP domicile candidates and 35 years for candidates of other states.
The age of candidates as on 01.07.2017 for JE (D) should he.
Minimum age limit: 18 year.
Maximum age limit: 40 years for MP domicile candidates and 35 years for candidates of other states.
