Job Desciption / Role Details :
Replicon software is currently looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to complete the administrative responsibilities related to Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Manager, Sales Administration, this is a good opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in an operations related role.
Responsibilities
- Performing various types of account research on regular and ad-hoc basis
- Research and associate contact and account records accurately in Salesforce.com
- Performing other research, analysis, data quality and support projects for the global marketing organization
- Review/append/enrich incoming leads and distribute fairly among the new business Sales development Representatives
- Maintain the lead list and data integrity in the database. Work closely with marketing and business development in procuring and importing data, and ensuring data are properly segmented for targeting purposes
- Review and maintain Sales Admin and Marketing Operation mailbox.
