Criteria :
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Operational Research or similar field, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles for 4+ years
- Experience building machine learning models in Python. R, Scala or other programming languages
- Ability to build effective visualizations using Python/R and storytelling is desired
- Experience in B2B Analytics or exposure to any salesforce products is a plus
Skills :
- Excellent knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design and coding
- Knowledge or experience with large scale distributed systems is a nice to have

Job Description :
- hands-on analytics/ML experience
- Proven record of applying data science methods to business problems and experience working with traditional supervised & unsupervised modelling techniques.
- Ability to analyze mined data and prescribing the model based recommendations/actions for the end users.
- The ability to distil problem definitions, models, constraints from informal business requirements; and to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives
- Ability to work in a team of other PMs/engineers who have dependencies on you and vice versa. Others would leverage much of what you work on with corresponding needs for their functionality.
- Evidence of entrepreneurial drive and having a “start-up” mentality
