Job Description :
- Responsible for the continual maintenance and improvement of product implementation and delivery.
- Work with project staff (i.e. delivery managers, designers and implementation colleagues) to deliver a solution that is fit-for-purpose.
- Participate in product service improvement forums, product implementation build guides, documentation and build templates (including Flex).
- Quality Assurance testing to ensure a smooth handover to in-life support staff.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert as and when required, Own, maintainand develop Network & Security build documentation & configuration guides.
- Develop innovative and effective technical solutions for VCHS build implementation and provisioning, working both individually and invirtual technical teams, which enable simplicity of process
