Job Description :
  • Manage the associate performance review process, which includes delivering review feedback, monitoring performance issues, increasing knowledge and skills and recommending promotions as merited
  • - Administer associate salary increases, bonuses and rewards
  • - Manage and monitor associate career development plans, engagement levels and use performance management processes
  • - Manage capacity and allocation of associates
  • - Create, enforce and administer resource management processes and procedures
  • - Manage headcount allocation and headcount changes within assigned directorship
  • - Resource On-boarding to Practice Team
  • - Drive and analyse reporting on resource plans, forecasts, freelance and outsourcing costs and inform necessary adjustments
  • - Project Budget Tracking
  • - Experience working in a dynamic and fluid environment
  • - Excellent communication and people management skills
  • - Thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
