Designation : Associate Engineer
Criteria : B.E,B.Tech,MCA,M.E,M.Tech
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Four year degree in a related field (or certifications and comparable experience) and/or relevant experience on IT projects on a full time basis
- Java/J2ee, C/ C++ systems architect experience
- Intermediate knowledge of front-end HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Very with Relational Databases such as Oracle and good understanding of PL-SQL
- Proficiency working with Git, SVN
- Experience working with Web services
- Familiarity with SAFE agile software development methodologies
- Emphasis on test driven development and Strong commitment to quality and performance testing of systems Great communication skills and experience managing multiple work streams from design to deployment
- Demonstrated record of delivering projects on time
- Solid knowledge on concurrency and threading
- Solid knowledge on engineering distributed systems
Key Deliverables
Other Duties:
- Assists more senior resources in determining possible solutions for client needs
- Independently creates prototype designs for components of applications or projects, and writes basic documentation (such as test plans and scripts)
- Assists with test scenarios creation, some testing, and test results review
- Assists with analysis of support ticket issues
Other Duties:
- Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design
- Continuously refactor applications to ensure high quality design
- Write high quality code that are modular, functional and testable; Establish the best coding practices
- Plan the task effectively and ensure timely delivery
- Work with automation engineers to automate end-end flows and non-functional requirements
- Troubleshoot issues effectively in a distributed architecture
- Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a global environment
- Operationalize releases by partnering with Tech operations on capacity planning and operability of the product
