Role Testing Engineer
Functional Area IT Software - Mobile
Job Description :
- Hands-on experience in mobile web application testing.
- Hands-on experience in server side testing and analyzing the production issues.
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus
- Areas of Work:
- Work with App Development Team in India and co-ordinate with counterparts in Germany.
- Analyzing requirements and understanding business requirement.
- Creation and execution of comprehensive test cases.
- Identifying Test Scenarios, edge cases and suggesting improvements.
- Actively taking part in weekly status meetings with counter parts.
- Conduct Manual Testing on various Mobile devices of different platforms for Functional, Usability, Performance and Security aspects
- Server side Attribute testing to make sure everything is working fine from the backend side.
- Document test results and log defects in Quality Center/JIRA and report the progress to team.
- Root cause analysis on issues and nail down the reason of issue.
- Maintaining working harmony.
