Interview Process
Ø Personal Introduction Round
Ø Online Written Versant Test
Ø Voice Versant Test (Conducted Over a telephone)

Note: All rounds are elimination rounds
Compensation
CS :-179000 to 207000 (Variable CTC) depending on the Skill being hired for (voice, email, chat).
Additional Benefits
Ø Sodexo Meal Vouchers – 13200 (i.e. 1100 per month)
Ø Transport Allowance for Day Shift – 18000 (I.e. 1500 per month)
Ø Night Shift Allowance – 115 per night shift
Ø Night Shift has home pick and home drop (in lieu of transport allowance)
