Skills :
- Good Communication Skills
- Working knowledge of data sources such as those within Human Resources (HR), Active Directory (AD) and Asset Management
- Advanced knowledge of the Service Now system to effectively research incidents and workflow process variances.
- Experience:
- Approximately 0 -2 years of Information Security experience preferably in an operations environment
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience to build advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Other Recommended Experience:
- The use of vulnerability scanning and application security solutions in an enterprise environment (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, OpenVas)
Job Description :
The System & Software Security Compliance Jr Analyst for Security Operations Services (SOS) creates reporting aligned to EY compliance mandates and conducts a variety of analytical activities to review Information Technology (IT) systems and software components and their specific adherence to global compliance policies, IT procedures and standards. The role supports a variety of activities aligned to the patching and global vulnerability management, the detection of prohibited software, and mobile applications security as well as monitors a system or vendor aligned software following the installation of a patch or required remediation and reporting on web filtering process. The role utilizes Service Now as a management tool to administrate and capture data for such technical security management activities. The role is an individual contributor managed by the System & Software Security Compliance Lead in SOS.
