Candidate should be BE/ B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Tech or MSc in Computers with excellent oral & written communication skills in English. Must know crystal reporting and Computer Knowledge : MS Access, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, IIS Configuration, SQL Server Installation.
Job Responsibility :
- Solve customer queries/ handle complaints
- Remote installations of the software
