Job Description :

Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in I.T tech support Candidate with exposure to BMC remedy and ITIL (foundation) will be preferable * Good knowledge of Windows & Mac OS. * Call handling skills (proper escalation & ownership of call etc).

* Good knowledge of MS office. * Minimum 2 years of experience of working in technical support. * Knowledge Of AD/Exchange/File Shares/Network related Skills * These positions are only for NIGHT SHIFT, (554 model or M-F model) Additional Skill-set: * Preferred neutral accent.

* Call handling skills (proper escalation & ownership of call etc). * Proven track record for identifying and quickly resolving a wide variety of Laptop/Server/Network/MS Suite software and hardware issues * Ability to install & troubleshoot windows OS, VM, Citrix, MS Lync.

* Knowledge up on Troubleshooting Citrix Cloud desktops, IP based Desk Phones, VC units.
