Criteria : B.E,B.Tech,MCA
Experience Required
- Should be a graduate with total of 0-1 years of experience
- Should have minimum of 1 years’ experience in Helpdesk support
- Should have good command over Chinese language.
- Excellent Communication, MS Office, Desk top & Printer troubleshooting skills, Active Directory knowledge.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Should have handled tickets escalated to the RDM queue
- Should have proven technical skills
- Ability to prioritize workload to best meet customer requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time and task management skills
Job Description :
- Apply team standards, processes and procedures
- Should be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and skillfully handle ambiguity
- Take front desk calls as and when required
- Respond to questions and resolve issues within scope of knowledge and authority
- Possesses analytical ability required to gather and interpret data
- Researches and resolves routine client issues and problems, escalates issues as appropriate
- Regularly displays the concepts of teamwork, accountability and prioritization
- Demonstrate customer service skills to understand and work with the onshore partners to research questions and resolve problems
