Designation : Test Engineers
Criteria : B.E,B.Tech
- BE/ BTech- CS/IT or equivalent
- Typically 0-4 Years of overall experience required
- Experience in doing test design, test case writing and execution
- Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process Oriented
- Ramp up on the Domain so as to deliver quickly and effectively
- Experience/awareness in in test automation would be a value add
Skills :
- Communication skills: excellent oral and written skills
- Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work in a global team setting with minimal supervision
- Highly productive and flexible to take additional responsibilities
- Should be a good team player
Job Description :
- Analyze and understanding the Software/Functional Test cases
- Develop automation test plans and strategies on the responsible area
- Responsible for the design, realization and automation of a system, subsystem and component
- Create (detailed) design architecture for framework
- Define and implement key functional and non-functional test suites for the product
- Participate in peer reviews for project artifacts and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Manage automation estimation, planning and risk management activities
- Provides E2E solutions to automation suites
- Define & drive automation quality improvement initiatives, deploy right tooling for automation quality & productivity improvement
- Provide the effort estimation for the responsible area
- Drive the implementation of test plans and test strategies
- Close communication and coordination with San Diego and Rancho Cordova sites
- Provide weekly status update to management on team progress
- Participate in project core team meetings
- Participate in design & code reviews and technical documentation reviews
