- Typically 0-5 Years of overall experience required
- Knowledge of ISP
- Able to handle internet issues

- The candidate will be selected for any work location across India
- Specified work timings and shifts are there
- To work on client location as well
Job Description :
- To be responsible to provide voice support and technical resolution to offshore clients
- Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Coordination with different technical and administrative groups
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
