In this Test & Automation Technical Lead position you will be leading a team of System Test & Automation Engineers in our Center of Excellence (COE) to implement offshore System Test & Automation initiatives and roadmaps, establish and maintain lab setup connectivity for executing tests with virtual and remote physical hardware. You will assess test automation gaps and establish strategies towards automation and develop automation scripts using in-house automation framework and libraries, implement offshore System Test/test automation initiatives and roadmap and enhance and maintain in-house test automation framework, common libraries and test automation scripts. You’ll collaborate with Subsystem/Scrum teams across U.S. geographies to define and implement automation solutions, maintain and support CI/CD pipeline’s automated test cases, hire new test/test automation resources and develop competence development plans and report test automation and CI/CD related metrics.

Skills :
9+ years of experience in System Test and test automation in a wireless, network or telecommunications industry
Experience in building test/test automation teams.
Must have strong collaboration, communication and hands-on problem-solving skills
Experience with networking protocols including IP, UDP, TCP & Layer 2/3
Understanding of latest innovations, industrial trends, and emerging technologies in software testing and test automation
Experience with industrial automation tools and scripting languages such as TCL, Python, Perl, QTP/Selenium and REST
Must have System scale testing and System performance characterization experience
Experience with offshore/onshore working model and demonstrated successful results in setting up test/test automation projects offshore
Possess long-term career path of hands-on technical leadership in addition to management role
