Detailed Eligibility:
Role and Responsibilities: The Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Aon Hewitt’s proprietary Total Benefit AdministrationTM(TBA) System to meet the needs of our client’s requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysisTesting involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA. This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic, systems configuration, and testing related to systems that support human resource function

Selection Process:
- Candidate to register on the link
- Candidate to provide valid details along with Referee’s Name and Associate ID (Failing to do so will result on rejection of candidature)
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited on a venue for the CoCubes Online Test, Group
- Discussion, and Aon GATE Assessment
- Shortlisted candidates from the assessments will travel to Aon Office (Gurgaon/Noida) for final interview rounds (Dates will be informed)

- (Entries beyond this date & time will not be considered under any circumstances)
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their education details
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo CoCubes Online Aptitude Test (Details will be communicated well in advance)
- Online Assessment and Personal Round of Interviews at AON office in Noida/Gurgaon for shortlisted candidates
