- UG & Graduate from any stream [Engineering students are not applicable].
- 0 – 2 years of work experience in an International Call centre (Fresher allowed).
- Customer interfacing skills.
- Ability to quickly understand US/UK accent.
- Excellent Communication.

- Maintains call center database by entering information.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Flexible working in shift (6pm to 3.30am).
