Duties and Responsibilities
Skills and Abilities
- Ability of listening, writing and speaking effectively, this skill is a very critical element which contributes for business success.
- Ability to multi task and complete within defined timelines.
- QA should be in a position to identify issues with regular audits/governance. Analyze the data and provide solutions to overcome the challenges.
- Feedback close looping and follow up mechanism.
Skills and Abilities
- - Auditing calls and the responses provided by the agents and to evaluate the customer experience
- - Stakeholder management
- - Active participation in all meetings (team huddles, calibrations etc.) and trainings as scheduled
- - Publishing Quality reports/Dashboard (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- - Ability to identify and capture VOC
- - Understanding of NPS
- - Contribute in process wide improvement to increase efficiency, reduce errors and improve NPS.
- - Provide detailed feedback on the strengths and improvement areas.
- - Call calibration (Internal/External)
- - Complete the work allocated to individual as per SLA
- - Adherence to QA guidelines & Deadlines and prepare reports to communicate outcome of quality activities
- Knowledge of QA parameters and Evaluations
- - Willing to work in night/rotational/weekend shifts.
