Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- To get self-training on required software.
- To assist the Engineer/senior engineer in their day to day activities.
- Understand the complete package of work and the usual process.
- Help the team to deliver the project in case of strict deadlines.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your manager.
Required Competencies:
- Interest in gaining experience and skills in both technical and commercial areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
- Knowledge of WINDES and AutoCAD, Civil 3D would be helpful.
- Storm water drainage, Design of Road Drainage, Elevated Highways including Interchanges/ Flyovers/ Underpasses.
- Drainage Design knowledge/experience ideally gained on major highways/ expressway schemes/ Urban Drainage.
- Drainage modelling knowledge/experience for Kerbs, Gullies, Pipe Networks, Linear Drainage Channels, Bean Blocks, Urban Drainage.
- Proven knowledge/experience in project work on international highways projects (UK, Middle East -minimum) and US, Europe.
