Job Responsibilities:

Maintains ownership of customer issues until problem resolution
May be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales service to customers
Identifies and dispatches available resources based on needed expertise, customer dynamics and employee skill set to provide on-site customer support.
Acts as a liaison between the customer and manufacturing, sales, technical support and financial services
Works under limited supervision with little direction from management and adheres to administrative policies and escalation procedures

Requirement Details:

Good telephone etiquette skills
Knowledge of products, customer, service, policies and procedures
Good computer skills
Working effectively with other teams and departments
Problem solving skills
Organizational skills, Time management skills & Communication skills
Any Graduate or if 10+2 must have 1 year of international calling experience/ 2 years of domestic experience
0-5 years of experience
Willing to work in US shifts
