We are looking for the fresher/experienced candidates to work as Software Engineer Trainee at NOIDA. Both Graduates and Postgraduates are eligible for this post.

Required Skills:
- Can take, Act and triage L1 support calls originating from Customers around implemented products
- Very Good communication skills American Accent (Must Have)
Secondary Skills: Added Advantage
- SQL Knowledge
- File based data exchange (fixed length, delimited flat files, CSV, XML, and etc)
Soft Skills:
- Good Communication skills
- Client Interaction
- Problem solving skills
- Participate with team in process improvements
Others:
- Rotating shift, basically team will work in two shifts covering (6AM - 6 PM PST)
- Final interview by customer before on-boarding
- Billing Start Date - July Mid/End, preferably at the earliest
