Job Description :
Supported the Global Team of Capgemini, by providing the Capgemini Formatted Resumes.;
• Preparing Resume of the Associates in a various Capgemini Resume Format depending on the location and making it presentable for the Client Presentation.;
• Working with Recruitment and Staffing / Data Management team of Capgemini.;
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Team Leads for their requirements related to Resumes. ;
• Maintaining the Resumes of all the associates of Capgemini in a Database.;
• Follow-ups with the Associates to update and upload their resumes in the repository.;
• Supporting RMG team for maintaining staffing and keeping resume database updated for internal and external clients as well.;
• Maintaining reports
