Job Description :
- Write/edit clear, concise, and easy to understand technical documents for various products to support multiple product releases throughout the year. Document list includes but not limited to System Integration Handbook, Release Notes, Hardware Installation and Maintenance guide, Administration guide and so on
- Create/edit screenshots, illustrations, images wherever required
- Gather information from SMEs and other stakeholders located globally
- Work independently; provide ideas to improve content and processes; ability to take decisions independently
- Maintain consistency throughout the document and also with previous releases
- Participate in meetings, calls regularly
- Work in the Collaborate environment with Technical publication team
