Job Description:
- 1. Experience in installing & configuring HP Service Manager based on customer requirements.
- 2. Experience working with databases such as Oracle and MS SQL.
- 3. Knowledge & Experience in HPSM customizations such as form customizations, format controls and scripting such as RAD and Javascripts.
- 4. Knowledge working with SM Workflows, Web services.
- 5. Knowledge and experience working in HP Connect-IT and customizing the connectors.
- 6. Experience working in tools like Connect-IT, TeMIP, UCMDB.
- 7. Experience in Integrating HPSM with Other HPSW Products like PPMC, OM,NNM etc
