Job Description :
The primary purpose of the Software Engineer role is to contribute towards the development goals of ITSM Development and Implementation Team. This includes development, customization and
enhancements on ITSM Suite applications like but not limiting to Service Manager, Asset Manager, uCMDB and ConnectIT.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Complete all assigned development tasks are completed within stipulated time.
• Ensure all requirements are undertood and clarified with respective Business Analysts and Process Owners or delegates.
• Peform thorough impact analysis of the requirements and ensure that system performance availibility is not degraded.
• Provide detailed effort estimates.
• Document all code changes in detail and entirety.
• Provide Level-4 Support for Major Incidents in Production environments.
• Share detailed weekly status report.
• Develop detailed test plans to include functional and unit testing and execute the test cases.
• Respond quickly to recurring issues and take them to resolution.
