- Responsible for the 24*7 Operations of the VSAT HUB (Preferred Hughes / HNS HUB).
- Monitoring of the network elements.Preventive Maintenance of VSAT HUB & networking equipment.
- First level Handling of all the VSAT Network related problems.Timely Escalation of problems.
- Periodic Monitoring of data/ traffic flow in the network.Fault Management (Replacement of cards, RF Subsystems/ Module /HPA /Up down converter/ HN NOC subsystem, etc).
