Skills :
  • Sound knowledge on ColdFusion 10 or higher.
  • Should be proficient in using Fusebox framework (MVC architecture) to develop ColdFusion applications.
  • Exposure to .NET Framework is an added advantage
  • Good database knowledge should be able to create tables, stored procedures, triggers, views and should be able to normalize the tables to achieve a better database design.
  • Preferably worked on Oracle database 10g and above.
  • Good knowledge on HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery
  • Should be a team player and fast learner.
  • Should have exposure to at least one Software development life cycle.
  • Sound Knowledge on CM Tools (Preferably SVN)
  • Sound knowledge on Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Understanding customer requirements and implementing those requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Identify technical risks in requirements and implementations and come up with quick POC if required 
  • Following standards and best practices within the team.
  • Exploring new technologies and recommending in adopting right technology for the team 
  • Completing all the tasks on time with high quality 
  • Putting customer first and providing quick response to all customer queries
