Criteria :
- Education: BE (CSE), ME (Computer Science), MCA, MSc (IT) 2015 or 2016 passed outs
- Consistent 70% and above marks throughout 10th, 12th, UG / PG
- Good communication skills
- Good Knowledge in C, C++, OOPS Concepts and Databases
- Candidates must be willing to sign a 3-Year service agreement which is Non-breakable

Job Duties:-
- Hands-on experience in design patterns.
- Design solutions by exploring various alternatives.
- Implement solutions in C/C++ involving large and complex Data structures.
- Hands on experience in Boost, STL libraries, multithreading.
- Ability to adapt to different technologies.
- Code reviews/Design reviews to find out potential risks and flaws.
- Strong effort estimation capabilities.
- Ability to look beyond programming language and open to working on variety of frameworks/technologies as per the need of the solution.
- Organized way of working and ability to adhere to Quality processes as well as manage the quality adherence of the team.
- Elicit requirements from customer and elaborate problem statement.
