Working in a fast-paced start-up where everyone is data savvy. Surrounded by talented people from different backgrounds and working with unique data; you will be challenged constantly. Working closely with various teams, from conceptualizing the mathematical problem to solve, build relevant data models, ML models and take them to production. Build analytical knowhow beyond classification, ranking, regression and related techniques.
Designation : Data Scientist

Skills :
- You will drive data culture and evangelize use of data science in all possible aspects of business. Some of the projects you might be work on:
- Researching and developing algorithms/models. Make sure developed algorithms drive significant lift in reality and refine as required.
- Building ML/predictive framework to draw insights at scale for different aspects of business, for example understanding drivers of various customer behaviour or understanding points of failure.
- Enhance with sophisticated algorithm and various analytical tools- existing operations related modules including assignment of tickets to support agents, workflow automation, clustering, topic modelling, etc.
Job Description :
- Strong fundamentals in machine learning, general statistics and data science principles
- Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to communicate even complex ideas in clear manner
- Strong work ethics like sense of collaboration and ownership, result orientation, being a team player
- Proficiency in Java, Python, R or related tools used from data handling to modelling to deployment
- Knowledge of statistical concepts related to data driven design like multivariate testing, DOEs
- Experience in developing and implementing models/algorithms in customer support/consumer mobile app environment a plus
- Experience in Deep Learning a plus
- Previous experience in start-ups preferred
- Master’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with 1-5 yrs. experience or Bachelor’s with more than 3 yrs. experience in data sciences
